This provides XFree86 3.3.6 (probably, it may be 3.3.5). You may also like to look at http://www.internatif.org/bortzmeyer/debian/apt-sources/ for a list of other (mostly) unofficial updates (I've not checked this for some time, my apologies if it's no longer available).
