Hello: I installed the quake-svga package and quake-lib-stub (because I already have the libraries).
When I switch to a console and type "quake-svga" the screen just goes blank, and my monitor goes into powersave mode within a couple of seconds. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Does it happen to have anything to do with the fact that I'm running kernel-level frame buffer (i.e. vga mode text console)? Any hints would be appreciated.
