permissions

when trying to load a frontpage web i get the error /etc/apache/etc/srm.conf can't be accessed permission denied.   how can i change the permission on that perticular file so that anyone and everyone has permission.   expecially forntpage2000's  publisher..   thankx again list   --beavis
