I'm using Siemens S25 (no ad, I just got it from my company :-)), and I'm quite happy with it. It contains a modem with an IR connector. Supports standard AT commands plus some more, all the specs are downloadable from the Siemens site. But beware, mobile data transfer is REALLY slow.
