Try this link: worked for me.
 
To get the io of an ISA card, use the scientific approach of trying io=ox2a0, io=0x2c0, io=200 up to io=300 in multiples of twenty.  Can't say why but again it always seems to work in the end.  Its worth tidying /etc/conf.modules afterwards.
