Okay, I got it. It took me most of the day, but I got it. If anyone else has a similar problem, make sure that you get the stanzas entered <before> the 'end' line for a section.
In my case, I had entered the lines for the procmail transport after the 'end' and my mail system wasn't happy. A simple cut n paset fixed it.
