After my system boots up, its happy for a few hours (last time about 10) but then processes start becoming defunct. Mostly network deamons, some running from inetd, some not. I thin I've seen a defunct bash as well, but that may have been linked to the defunct sshd. What on earth can cause this? I've rebuilt the kernel, but things still die. Anyone have any experience with this? Its debian potato, sparc.
