I'm running potato, with pppoe to connect to my ISP. When pppd starts at boot time, I get the following error message: Couldn't open pty slave /dev/pts/0: No such file or directory
What does this message mean? There is indeed no /dev/pts/0; infact, there are no files/dirs named /dev/pt*. Do I have to create this device using MAKEDEV? Thanks, - Marc
