These packages are not apt-get-able at this point (though that may change), so you should go to http://members.mint.net/frodo/pine/ to get them. They're only built for x86 potato at this point. I will be working on versions for x86 slink when I get a chance, but I'm not sure about any other platforms at this point. If anybody would be willing to build these packages on other architectures, the source, diff, and .dsc files are available.
