Well, since I posted that "I don't think that's correct" bit. I'll clarify for you. I wasn't referring to the how of installing Netscape, I was referring to the statement that Netscapes license prohibits Debian's distribution of the binary. I thought I made it clear that with the Debian binary you get the export version, whereas if you go to Netscape and live in the US, I believe you can get the version supporting 128-bit SSL. To reiterate: "Not Correct" referred to "Netscape License".
