I'd make this "Suggests:" at most. There are lots of people out there that use an external ISDN TA or router, and who may also have one of these PABXes. "Recommends" means that dselect bugs them _every_ time about this. Does estic properly handle device locks? I.e. write a lock into /var/lock/ ?
