[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~] telnet mail.firetrail.com 143
Trying 208.222.179.30...
Connected to mail.firetrail.com.
Escape character is '^]'.
* OK bebo.firetrail.com IMAP4rev1 v12.260 server ready
