I am also running kernel 2.2.10 after bad experiences with .11 and .12 im scared to try .13 .. jybarb >But when I try to compile the new bttv driver, I've got many warnings jybarb >& errors (from within /usr/src/bttv-0.7.3/driver): I don't know where you got the bttv-0.7.3 driver. You may be trying to compile the Video4Linux 2 interface. I tried that last night too and failed. BUT it does work fine for me with Video4Linux v1. I am using the bttv 0.6.4 driver available at the bttv homepage: http://www.thp.uni-koeln.de/~rjkm/linux/bttv.html dont use the drivers in the kernel they are old & buggy. jybarb >Do you know where it come from??????? beta/alpha driver..dont use it, 0.6.4 is the latest. if you have more probs lemme know nate ----------------------------------------[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ]-- Vice President Network Operations http://www.firetrail.com/ Firetrail Internet Services Limited http://www.aphroland.org/ Everett, WA 425-348-7336 http://www.linuxpowered.net/ Powered By: http://comedy.aphroland.org/ Debian 2.1 Linux 2.0.36 SMP http://yahoo.aphroland.org/ -----------------------------------------[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ]-- 8:18am up 88 days, 19:51, 1 user, load average: 1.61, 1.64, 1.73
