ide for perl

Hi all,

I use vi or xemacs for all my editing/coding purposes.
Some windoze user of mine asked me if there is any IDE for PERL like
solution soft's perlbuilder.
can anyone quote any perl compatible IDEs? I am going to search
freshmeat too.
