The above line is the problem... what it should really look like is:
SECTIONS="main contrib non-free non-US/main"
Also, make sure that the directory /debian exists (or edit the
LOCALDIR= line to point elsewhere), as it's not created when apt-move
is installed. It was basically put in as a placeholder.
