Ramana: Read the PPP HOWTO at http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/PPP-HOWTO.html (or some other LDP mirror). Chapter 26 has specific information on setting up a PPP server. Apache is the most common (only?) http server for Linux. Install that and start reading the manuals in /usr/doc/apache.
