That sais the ISP cant validate your password, so most probably the password is wrong. It should be in /etc/ppp/ in a file called pap-secret or something (it was mentioned in an earlyer post). You could allso have to edit the /etc/ppp/options to let ppp do something that the ISP requires it to do. Wery vague I know but chech those two, the password and what it is you are asking PPP to do.
