Can Linux run on LCPDC with SIS M650?

Hi! I´m a new user of Linux. I don´t know program it. I´ve a LCDPC with SIS M650. How could I work with Debian? Could I work with my LCDPC? Is it possible to see Linux with SIS M650?   Thank you so much.
