1. where do i check irq's?
2. i've tried a couple coms, but i'm not sure which one it is. i will be
attempting the external modem, so it should work, and i think it's set up on
com2. not sure, cuz i dont have windows on that system.
3. i've set up the config for pppconfig correctly answering all the
questions, though i'm not sure what to choose for the password protocol.
4. where do i name the device?
