I couldn't get it to remove the sender header either. Instead, I use a
rewrite rule:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ${lookup{$1}lsearch{/etc/email-addresses}\
{$value}fail} Frs
Where email-addresses has the form:
localname:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
