The package mythtv needs the packages named in the error message installed before you can install it: Install the missing packages, then try to install mythtv again. In case you actually cannot install liblame0, something is wrong with your package dependencies --- maybe there's a package installed that conflicts with liblame0, or there's a version mismatch of some packages (that may depend on or suggest liblame0).
