As for the first, would it be feasible to put everything in the second drive in a sibdirectory (e.g. /share/share), and share that directory. samba should give an error when the drive isn't mounted, as long as the mountpoint doesn't contain a 'share' subdir. Of course, i haven't tried this, so it may not work. - -- finger for PGP public key. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: 2.6.3ia Charset: noconv iQCVAwUBN+B72b7M/9WKZLW5AQG0kwP/aO4av5Wbvv7wcfuLij25+o29jSrfhYPP r+V514VCl2zOWwQMhqVt4shUnpu7/GDd1sti+oqYMUieW6XGFqpoJbnODVPhQ4HV b6h6ou7TPTEYQ5UJMO5pug2k8erm6NpfHLVVLHDL6NwK7mF2BRnE/uYhv5BeTtrd GLaXaYadzPI= =XKyZ -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
