AFAIK, blackdown is a version of sun's java. And I haven't seen any debs of sun's java. Just add this line to /etc/apt/sources.list

deb ftp://metalab.unc.edu/pub/linux/devel/lang/java/blackdown.org/debian woody main non-free

and select at least the j2re package.
