Mutt headers

I'm having a problem with my mutt headers.  As you can see, the From:
and Reply-To: fields have an extra space between R and ..  My .muttrc
has these entries:
        my_hdr From: Stephen R. Gore <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
        my_hdr Reply-To: Stephen R. Gore <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Any ideas why this is happening?
