After reading the Xterm-FaQ I changed the geometry lines in .XDefaults to
XTerm*geometry: 80x24
XTerm.VT100*geometry: 80x24
to see if I can get Xterm's menus to work, but it did not help. I get a
small pop-up frame with a few letters in but no menu-options. According
to the FAQ this is because
" You have specified the geometry for xterm too high in the hierarchy,
and that 24x80 (or whatever the -geometry parameter happens to be) is
applying to the menus in pixels."
Now the frame is just smaller, but the menus are still unaccessible.
I am working on Slink.
What else can I do to correct this?
