Box A:  dpkg --get-selections > package-list.txt
Box B:  dpkg --set-selections < package-list.txt

Start dselect and configure the [A]ccess method and [U]pdate, then skip
straight to the [I]nstall.

You will still have to answer all the configure questions from all the
individual packages though.  A solution to this is being worked on by a
few developers I think.
