It's VMWare not WNWare, VM = Virtual Machine. This has been discussed alot on this list since VmWare was released. Search the archives at http://www.debian.org/List-Archives. You will have to extract the archive and then extract the driver-only.tar and vmnet-only.tar archives that are in resulting directory. Edit the makefiles to point the includes, -I, to your current kernel headers. Move the resulting kernel modules up to the main directory and then run the install.pl script.
