It is a commercial product that will set you back around $70.  (Sorry, I
know this is an alien concept to many Debian users.  :-))

You can get a free demo, though.  Don't know if that will create the
boot disk, but it probably will.  Try:

It really is a nice product, but I've mainly used it to resize FAT
partitions, since I haven't had 4.0 (the one that does ext2) that long. 
You can also copy partitions, which can be very useful indeed...
