I am not sure whether you can have the ip addr for the VirtualHost. Try this:

<VirtualHost www.jounce.net>
DocumentRoot /var/www/
ServerName www.jounce.net
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost webmail.jounce.net>
DocumentRoot /usr/share/horde/imp/
ServerName webmail.jounce.net
</VirtualHost>
