I don't know why this happens, but when I telnet to my machine and I use dselect, emacs, or whatever. The text gets messed up. I use CRT for telneting. I have it set to vt100 and have the ansi box checked in the settings. I telnet to slackware boxes with the same settings and they work fine. It seems that Debian doesn't interpret what I type properly. Is there a way to fix this?
