Are you lookgin for a ssh 2.0 binary package, or are you looking for a ssh package for Debian 2.0 ? In the latter case have a look at ftp://archive.debian.org/debian-archive/ In the former case I have to tell you, that from what I recall from my volatile memory, the maintainer of ssh does not want to put the effort into packaging ssh 2.0 because of license problems.
