Hallo. After having installed modutils and having made some bad things I don't remember (not seemingly as bad that day) my modules setup is somewhat broken.
On a modprobe I get the following: ---> desire ~ # modprobe isdn conf:50: missing module argument <--- Note the blank line. I have a /etc/modules and a auto-generated /etc/modules.conf which is update by update-modules. Nothing more, seemingly. Is this error known? I seem to overlook things. Any more information to provide? My system does not load modules on its own any more. Manual loading of modules works, though.
