Here is mine.  You can use fetchmailconf to make your first one, then edit as
you please.

poll myisp.net.net with proto POP3
       user "pollywog" there with password "mypassword" is
[EMAIL PROTECTED] here
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
          just "pollywog" would do here
