Has anyone gotten Kdat to work in KDE? I have a VERY old SCSI 525 meg tape drive I want to start trying to use with my Debian box (2.1). Kdat keeps saying there isn't a tape in the drive and I can't find anything in the documentation that addresses this problem. I can't get Kdat to recognize my tape drive at all. It is recognized at boot-up though. Can anyone help? TIA.
