The information on the Debian website (for ldso) specifically states that ldso should not be downgraded, lest one break his/her system :) I have the 2.2.5 kernel installed and it seems the only problem I am having is getting ipchains to do what I want it to do, but I am working on that. thanks -- Andrew [PGP5.0 Key ID 0x5EE61C37]
