Once you have booted into the base system you need to set up PPP, see http://www.debian.org/releases/slink/i386/ch-init-config.en.html#s-PPP. Then read http://www.debian.org/releases/slink/i386/dselect-beginner.html and start dselect. Configure the apt Access method for you favorite Debian http or ftp mirror(http://www.debian.org/misc/README.mirrors) and you are off. Sit back and watch a movie.
