Simple Answer: hit Tab twice in the To: field inside of mutt Long Rant Answer: I think you may have to prompt for To: address, or you could probably do it in the post-edit send menu by changing the To: address, but anyway, when you get to the To: prompt in the status bar hit tab twice, this will bring up your "addressbook" (a list of your aliases from your alias file). When you're in there you can simply select/deselect recipients by hitting enter on their names. Hit 'q' to exit this menu, and all of the people you selected should be filled in on the To: line.
