I use pppd 2.3.5 and the permissions look like: 0 crw-r--r-- 1 root dialout 4, 65 Mar 16 04:22 ttyS1 But i doesn't even work if i start the script as root! -- michael legart, [EMAIL PROTECTED] muuuh.
