Opposite feeling also. Am running diald and eachtime I try to change a folder I have to wait for the net connection to come up before the folders will switch! I'm aware it's more of a diald.filter problem, haven't jumped into it yet. However, why would pine try to bring up a net connection to switch folders? Ditto Thanks to Paul for the package.
