If you haven't already subscribed, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the subject line saying "subscribe". The install routine should start up for you automatically. If not, start your computer in MS-DOS Mode (or Command Prompt Only mode) and run the install.bat on the CD. Both of these methods will avoid the need for the diskettes. Then if you still get a restart during the install, let us know.
