Would you consider upgrading to exim?
The it's quite simple: two lines at the end of /etc/exim.conf:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ${lookup{$1}lsearch{/etc/email-addresses}\
{$value}fail} fF
And a file '/etc/email-addresses' containing:
worik: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
