Ask them :-)
I can provide a dummy Package, which just has this Depends line, so that
as long you have this dummy installed, you can´t remove the needed
binaries by accident.
And when you install this dummy, it will mark the needed libraries for
installation.
Contact them, and I will send them this one. You can have it as well of
cause :-)
