No it doesn't, but the install file might. Is it a .exe file? If so, it needs Windows. Why don't you just download Netscape from ftp.netscape.com or a mirror, download the netscape4_4.0-12.deb package, and let it install Netscape for you? It will install 4.08 or even 4.5.
