Seconded recommendation of leafnode - but get the slink version (use --force if necessary). With hamm leafnode and tin, tin would hang when attempting to access a newsgroup for the first time (afterwards it was OK, so it was not a major problem, but it's nicer when it works as it should). HTH Jiri
