I use (well, I set up for other people...) TeraTerm Pro with SSH
patches.  The urls are

It is very easy to install and setup.  The only problems I run into
are that occasionally the teraterm.ini sets itself read-only, and to
automatically use ssh it is necessary to edit teraterm.ini and set the 
use ssh line (near the bottom of the file) to 1.
