It's at: /etc/X11/XF86Config - copy that file into a mail and post it. At a command prompt (without X already running) type (exactly): X > xerrors.txt 2>&1 and press enter. When that's finished, you should have a file in your current working directory called xerrors.txt. Mail that to. That'll tell us what X is getting from your configuration file, and what it's 'auto probing' for itself.
