If you use RSA authentication, and leave the passphrase blank, it won't ask you. You'll need to put the corresponding public key on host.com in your ~/.ssh/authorized_keys (sp?) Works for me... Alternatively, you could open a little window, and then somehow make it disappear after you type in the passphrase. Check the -f option.
