Thanks, but this doesn't work either! Everything appeasr to install OK, when I try to run the setup fails: firstly it complained that it couldn't find setup - and indeed it wasn't there, but setup.bin was. So I hardlinked setup to setup.bin, ditto the other.bin files in the directory. Now when I try it it says that it can't find libcomphelp2.so - which also exists. I'm starting to tear my hair out over this: I *must* have OO running on my new machine before I can hand the old one over to my wife as promised... -- |Deryk Barker, Computer Science Dept. | Music does not have to be understood| |Camosun College, Victoria, BC, Canada| It has to be listened to. | |email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | | |phone: +1 250 370 4452 | Hermann Scherchen. | -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
