I think this position is at least as arrogant as you consider Andrews'
behaviour as rude. It would be understandable if this was a web based
forum, but some people might see a slight hassle in subscribing to a
100+ messages per day maillist just for a short question now and then.
And it's really hard to hit "reply to all".
