yo please, was anybody lucky with installing the jserv module for apache on debian (and already has a package at hand?)?
apparently the apache installation which comes with deb2.0 , expects modules to be compiled as shared_object files, which i do, but with the 1.3.3 source of apache rather than 1.3.0 .... because the 1.3.0 source from the deban cd stops compilation with: http_main.c: In function `ap_set_version': http_main.c:401: parse error before `SERVER_SUBVERSION' make[3]: *** [http_main.o] Error 1 make[2]: *** [subdirs] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/opt/tmp/apache-1.3.0/src' make[1]: *** [build-std] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/opt/tmp/apache-1.3.0' make: *** [build] Error 2 jdl:/home/opt/tmp/apache-1.3.0# when i try to load the mod_jserv.so which i compiled with 1.3.3 source i get a segfault ... any hinz? tks alot, oss -- | || ||| || s p r a y r a z o r f i s h , hamburg Oswald Berthold >> +49.(0)40.355377.16
